Return Policy

Alive Technologies offers a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of purchase. Alive Technologies warrants its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship. This is further to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, water damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes,, or to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorised by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).

Consumer Guarantees

If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).

Within the relevant time period, where you believe an item is faulty, it can be returned to us to be assessed. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.

Alive Technologies require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged in Transit

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in good condition, sometimes damage occurs beyond our control.    Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking then please contact us or the place of purchase as soon as possible. Contact details can be found on your order confirmation email or invoice. We will then arrange for the goods to be returned and a refund or replacement item sent out to you.

Not as Advertised/Incorrect Item

Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you simply change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

Refurbished Products

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Response Time

We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds within 7 days of having received them.

How to Return Goods

(a) You may contact us to discuss a return using the details at the end of this Policy.

(b) We will pay any refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card as was used to make the original purchase, unless otherwise determined in our sole discretion.

(c) You must provide proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement.
